Placing an order with WOOFS.my is easy. Simply follow the steps below:
Use our search box to find the items you want to purchase. Our search boxes are located nearly on every page of our store. Our search engine will display items that are related to your keywords. Click the picture of the item or "More Info" link to see its product detail page.
If the item is available, click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item into your Shopping Cart. You will see your cart after clicking the button. Click "Continue Shopping" to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order.
When you click "Checkout", you will be taken to a page where we will ask if you are a new customer or existing customer. Please login accordingly and you will be redirected to the Checkout page. If you are new customer, register an account with us. Then login into your account and click "Continue" to complete your order.
Ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delay in your order. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed in this page. Click "Continue" to go to the Payment page.
On the Payment page, you will find a summary of your order, including the final cost. When you are ready to complete the ordering process, kindly key in your credit card information and click "Submit Transaction".
Upon successful transaction, we will display a page with your order number and order summary. An email will be sent to you confirming the details of your order. However, if the transaction is declined, kindly visit your account page and click "Order History" to make payment for your order.
